Click Optimize, and you’ll apply the new settings, even without the game open. You’ll see a list of your current settings and Nvidia’s recommended settings, with whatever’s changed highlighted in green. Hover over the game you want to optimize and select Details. When you want to Instant Replay something, you just need to Alt + F10 to save the capture, and if you’re not worried about capturing anything, you can use Alt + Shift + F10 to turn off Instant Replay entirely.
